Foresight allows for
- The continuous monitoring and support of pupils
- The identification of key insights through smart data dashboards
- The safe and secure transition of data between schools and all support partners.
- A central data store so the correct data is always available.
Benefits of Foresight
Foresight is pivotal in promptly identifying needs, enabling timely support and intervention.
This proactive approach effectively minimises the escalation of issues or deterioration of needs.
A complete case history
A complete history of attendance, suspensions and exclusion, and support patterns is always available to aid decision making.
The data follows the pupil
All education and support specialists will have immediate access to case histories when pupils move to new schools within the MAT or Local Authority.
Keeping track of vulnerable pupils
Foresight makes it easier for authorities to collaborate when a learner moves to a new Local Authority. This will help stop vulnerable pupils from slipping through the cracks.
How Foresight works
The school opens a new case
This is then sent to the LA with a request for further support. The LA have access to attendance and previous case notes.
Support assessment
The school are notified within Foresight of the support solution to be offered. Feedback is made through Foresight.
Monitoring pupil progress
The school and LA can monitor attendance and any further incidents to assess the impact of the support solution.
Decision review
The effectiveness of the support is reviewed, and decisions made are shared within Foresight.
