Annual Transition Webinar – 5th February

Guest speakers will share their expertise in both trauma-informed and inclusive transition, exploring how the use of holistic data can strengthen decision making, identify needs earlier and target interventions more effectively. Irene, from The Difference, and Fiona, Headteacher at Bolsover Infant and Nursery School, will draw on their experience to highlight how the reflective and collaborative use of pupil information can make curricula and pastoral systems more adaptable and sustainable. Participants will gain practical insights into building proactive, student-centred approaches that evolve over time and improve outcomes across phases.
