Carers Trust is a charity which works to improve support for unpaid carers – with a particular focus on improving educational outcomes for young carers. Together with The Children’s Society, they run a free Young Carers in Schools Programme which helps schools to identify and support pupils who have caring responsibilities.

NAPCE was founded in 1982 to establish links between education professionals and allied agencies who have an interest in pastoral care and personal-social education and the welfare of learners. NAPCE raises awareness about good practice in pastoral care that supports learners in achieving their full potential from their education.
